Getting Started

Contact LiquidStack for a thorough needs analysis and feasibility study. Our commercial team, working in close communication with our engineering department, will propose the best solution for your application. At this time we provide a formal quotation inclusive of technical specifications, pricing, lead time, terms and conditions.

Customer Onboarding

As customers organize and issue a Purchase Order (P.O.), credit terms are discussed and established. On receipt of P.O., we will issue an order acknowledgement and subsequently confirm your project delivery details in writing. At the time of order confirmation, the expected ship date is established and communicated. LiquidStack will assign a Project Manager who will coordinate the project delivery and act as your single point of contact.

Customer Support

Our Customer Service department provides order management and will work with you to schedule delivery of equipment and concurrent services including installation, start-up, training and commissioning support. As your install base of LiquidStack products grows, our Customer Service team is here to provide warranty or out-of-warranty support along with coordination of scheduled services such as Preventive Maintenance, On-Site Service or Fluid Re-Conditioning.
